"When I first worked with Pamela and Growzone many years ago, I had no idea how transformative and impactful it would be, both professionally and personally. I initially attended a workshop with colleagues to help identify areas in our working life we would like to change. By the end of the first day it was clear that every person there had addressed some deeper truths and by the end of the two day workshop I had completely reframed my thinking about my situation at the time and felt empowered and excited to apply the strategies Pamela had shared. In fact, I took that experience back to the Secondary school I was working in at the time and was determined to find a way to give our students the same insight.

Over the years, Pamela and Growzone supported me personally as I worked with teenagers in Glasgow. She gave her own time to speak to students and then worked with me as a coach to make sure I had the tools at my disposal to best empower them. She provided one to one coaching as my career progressed and I sought to bring her strategies to a larger cohort of students. She was successful in doing so and because of her training, guidance and expertise, coaching was pivotal to the success for many young people in our school and city. She is still the first person I call when I need professional or personal coaching and she is one of the reasons I was able to make the move to living and working in the United States, where I deliver coaching in an international school.

Pamela is more than an excellent coach. She has been my cheerleader, voice of reason, inspiration and role model for years. Her integrity and genuine passion for her calling is exceptional. After every coaching session, I always have a clearer vision of what I need to do; a renewed energy for the project and a feeling that I have been heard and understood. Pamela’s love for what she does and the difference she makes to people, has been the driving force for my own career aspirations and she has been transformational in every area of my life. Even though I live and work abroad, I continue to utilse Pamela as my coach. She is second to none and I feel incredibly fortunate that she is my mentor, coach and friend."
